We know planning a retreat can be stressful. Our goal is to help you make it as smooth and easy as possible. When you first contact us be prepared to discuss these things:

Anticipated number of guest
Budget - Flexible options for lodging, meeting spaces and activities
Schedule - we can help you create a schedule that gets the most out of your camp experience.
A deposit of 20% of the total minimum fee is required to hold the dates for your event. If you cancel or change the buildings reserved at least 90 days before your event, your deposit will be refunded. Deposit will be applied to total bill. Please confirm the number of people in your group no later than 2 weeks prior to your stay. If your confirmed number is reduced within 2 weeks, your first meal will be billed at the original confirmed number. Unused reserved buildings require minimum payment for the first night. We require a 16-person minimum charge on all meals and cabins. Renewal Lodge requires a 2-person minimum charge per room. Inspiration Lodge requires a 2-night minimum. Groups are required to have insurance for the event. Resources are available for special market insurance.
Price is figured per person in 3 simple steps:
1) Choose the type of lodging for your group
Lodging - Pricing includes 1 night lodging, meeting space & grounds use

2) Most activities are included in your lodging fee. Choose if you would like any additional activities.

3) Decide if you would like our staff to provide your meals. You can choose to provide your own meals or a combination of the two.
